At Learnguru360, we are committed to providing an excellent learning experience for all our students. We understand that circumstances may arise that require you to request a refund. This policy outlines the terms and conditions for obtaining a refund for our online courses and services.

Refund Requests
- Refund requests are processed in accordance with the terms outlined in this Refund Policy.
- Refunds will not be issued beyond 6 months from the date of course enrollment.
100% Money-Back Guarantee
Eligibility for 100% Refund:
- A refund request must be made within one week of the course start date.
- The candidate must attend at least 2 training sessions during the first week.
- The Money-Back Guarantee is not applicable if the candidate has accessed more than 30% of the study material or training sessions.
- Refund requests should be sent to [email protected] from the email address registered with Learnguru360.
We reserve the right to dispute any claims if we believe the refund request is based on inaccurate or unrealistic reasons.
Cancellation and Refunds
In Case of Cancellation by Learnguru360:
- Learnguru360 reserves the right to cancel or postpone a training event or change the trainer, location, or timing due to insufficient enrollments, trainer availability issues, or force majeure events (e.g., natural disasters, political instability).
- If Learnguru360 cancels the training, candidates can choose between a 100% refund or enrollment in a future batch. Requests should be made via email from the candidate’s registered email address.
Duplicate Payment Refunds:
- Refund requests for duplicate payments should be sent from the candidate’s registered email address along with proof of the duplicate payment.
- Refunds will be processed to your bank account within 5 to 7 working days from the date of the email request.
